ORMETE works on the memory of theatre and its history, on the relational specificity of oral sources, and the dialogue between generations.

ORMETE collects, preserves, studies, and shares the stories and memories of the protagonists of twentieth-century theatre.

FRIDA works around the theme of the festival as a memorial machine itself, a place of synthesis and diffraction of knowledge, inheritance, and invention for the polis within the polis.
FRIDA
begins with basic research and elaborates its findings through a dynamic platform, a DIGITAL ATLAS that operates on three mutually interactive levels: Event, Backstage, and Memory. Through digital technology, the Atlas aims to provide an innovative device for cultural analysis and mediation, enhancing the arts and preserving cultural heritage.

The project The Theatre of Festivals: Bridging the Local and Global explores festivals as fundamental moments in Italian theatrical and cultural life during the second half of the twentieth century.
In particular, it examines the impact of theatrical festivals on innovation and the internationalization of performative languages, as well as the transformations of the local communities that hosted them.
Specifically, the study focuses on the “Festival Internazionale del Teatro Universitario” in Parma, the “Festival dei Due Mondi” in Spoleto, and the “Festival Internazionale del Teatro in Piazza” in Santarcangelo di Romagna.
